• Message Templates –  Ensure compliance with clinical e-communication best practices by using the SMxHub message template generator.   Message templates can be built to consistently include necessary information when communicating with patients or colleagues.
• Patient Messaging – the DearDoctor patient message application allows patients to communicate with the practice using either a secure web connection or the DearDoctor mobile application, enhancing the accessibility of your practice without overwhelming the doctor with messages.
